Hello, hello! I’m Cayla Horey and I help small business owners and entrepreneurs FLOURISH in their leadership, relationships, businesses, and lives!
I am a Certified Life and Leadership Coach, with over 20 years experience coaching leaders, across a variety of industries, organizations, and settings. I have extensive experience coaching team leaders, teams, entrepreneurs, and solopreneurs, through a variety of life and leadership topics. Again and again, I see that what is holding leaders back isn’t a lack of technology, team members, or tools… it’s themselves.
My passion in coaching is supporting leaders to flourish and scale their leadership to maximize their capacity for impact, influence, and income.
After 20+ years in leadership coaching and leadership development, and 2 ½ years of only offering 1:1 in my coaching practice, I created FLOURISH – a small group coaching cohort. FLOURISH is the benefits of leadership development and the tools and frameworks of my 1:1 coaching container, taught in a small group setting. In addition to coaching, you benefit while building relationships and community with other amazing like-minded women business owners.
